As the title says, I need help locating an -EXACT- cd-rom for a certain sound blaster live. Target OS is Windows 98 SE. I've tried a couple 'sb live' ISO's in the past but some of them either lock up the OS during the install, or crash with a BSOD trying to reboot, or something funky, or if they do work, the card doesn't work after reboot. I know the card works fine because I've popped it in to an XP-32 system and windows finds native drivers for it and it plays audio and mp3's just awesomely, so the card is fine. I tried several times to update, with no luck. What they FAIL MISERABLY TO TELL YOU, is you have to UNZIP the.ZIP file. Unzip the file, all went well. Mpman firmware update windows 10. I have many apps on my PC that does NOT require unzipping updates, or attachments, to work. Not sure when, but tried today (8/18/10), and an update was available.
